Governor Sisolak Announces Program to Reduce the Cost of Prescription Drugs for Nevadans

Nevadans can save up to 80% on certain medications using the new digital card

Today, Governor Sisolak, joined by Senate Majority Leader Nicole Cannizzaro, launched ArrayRx, a digital discount card for prescription drugs that will be available to all Nevadans, regardless of income levels. This announcement comes after a promise in the governor’s State of the State address to reduce prescription drug costs.

In addition to joining the Northwest Prescription Drug Consortium and becoming the second state in the country to adopt a public health option, Governor Sisolak has worked to expand access to affordable health care and lower costs for Nevadans by signing legislation protecting coverage for Nevadans with pre-existing conditions, ending surprise billing by hospitals and medical providers, taking on medical debt collectors by limiting the amount of fines, fees, and attorney costs that can be piled onto medical debt, and establishing a Patient Protection Commission.
